いえいえ、イギリスは日本と同じ右ハンドル。（というよりイギリスの交通ルールを日本が取り入れたんで全く同じ。）だから、運転を恐れることなし。
日本で警察行って国際免許を事前に入手すれば、レンタカーを簡単に借りれます。
インターネットで申し込んでおいて、空港で借りてそのまま車でずっと移動ってのもありです。（NAVIも頼んでもいいですが、今は携帯のナビがあるんでそっちのほうが正確で安心です。）
携帯のナビは使っても通信容量はあまり減りません。
携帯でもナビは命の綱なので減らないようになっているようです。さらにNAVIを借りるのに100ポンドとか使うより通信容量を多くした方がお得ですね。
