娘が2か月欧州へ行ってきました、その際、1か月目くらいでカバンが紛失。航空会社には何でも相談しましたが、なかなか手に入らず、気が付いたらカバンだけ先に帰国、でも、手続きできず、手元に戻ってきませんでした。娘が帰国して書類をいっぱい提出して、やっと手もとに。
でも一番びっくりしたのが

My daughter went to the EU for 2 months, and her bag was lost about the first month there. She tried to find her bag with an airline company, but they were not able to find it. Recently I received a call from a different airline in Japan that they have her bag in Japan. After she returned to Japan and issued many papers to send it, then they returned the bag home yesterday.
Many times it happened to lost luggage for me, it is not so surprising. But the thing that surprised me paper sent by FAX, not the Email or Application. No technology updating.
I am looking forward to seeing what kind of coverage I will get.
I use the bad picture without good focus because the bag belonged to my daughter.
