昨日の新聞に 志望校に迷う「早熟さ」のの必要性実感 というタイトルの話が合った。
タイトルはそうだと思うが、中身を読んで、今の塾の教育者って大丈夫かと思いました。
それは「味気ない受験生活」という文言です。
自分たちが教えている受験とは味気ないものなのでしょうか？
１００歩譲って味気ないかもしれないが、その味気ないものを夢のある受験勉強に変えていくのが教育者の仕事ではないのでしょうか？
勉強にしろ、練習にしろ、なんでも過程は大変なのは当たり前、それを、夢を与えて楽しくて勉強にのめりこんでいくように指導するのが真の教育者ではないだろうか？
Yesterday’s newspaper posted a story titled ‘Realizing the need for “precociousness”’.
I think the title is true, but after reading the content, I wondered if educators at today’s schools are OK.
It is the statement ‘unpalatable exam life’.
Are the examinations they are teaching unpalatable?
It might be palatable, but isn’t it the job of educators to change that unpalatable into dreamy exam study?
Whether it is studying, practicing or anything else, it is natural that the process is hard, but isn’t it a true educator’s job to teach them to give them a dream, to make it fun and to get them absorbed in their studies?
