３０年前の今日、神戸では大地震があり、6000人以上の人が亡くなりました。
朝の5時46分、地面から突き上げるような、縦揺れがあり、寝ていた私たち家族は本当トランポリンの上にいるような気持ちでした。
ラッキーなことに住んでいたマンションは崩れることなく助かりましたが、家の中の家具や多くの家が崩れていました。
本当に消防隊、自衛隊、警官やいろいろな人に助けられました。
ガスや電気水道を直しに地方からたくさんの人が来て、いろんなものを助けてくれました。
30年たった今もその人たちには本当感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
Thirty years ago today, there was a huge earthquake in Kobe, Japan, which killed more than 6,000 people.
At 5:46 in the morning, there was a vertical tremor that seemed to push us up from the ground, and we, as a sleeping family, really felt like we were on a trampoline.
We were lucky that the flat we lived in did not collapse, but the furniture and many of the houses outside collapsed.
We were really helped by the fire brigade, the Self-Defence Forces, policemen and many other people.
A lot of people came from the provinces to fix the gas, electricity and water supply and helped us with many things.
Even now, 30 years later, I still feel very grateful to those people.
