ウインブルドンパークが拡大する計画があるのをここで書きましたが、もめているとの話があるみたいです。
AELTCが数十年前にゴルフ場を購入した際に結んだ契約書には「ここには何も立てない」との条項があったようです。さらに、会員にはかなりのお金を払って会員権をすべて買っているのです。
私の記憶では3～400万円と記憶しているので、もし買っていたら、3，4倍にはなっていたようです。無理してでも買えばよかった。

When AELTC had bought the golf course a few decades ago, there was a clause in the contract that said “nothing will be built here”. Later they pay their members quite a bit of money to buy all of the memberships.
I remember that it was 3 to 4 million yen, so if they had bought it, it would have been 3 or 4 times as much. I should have bought it even if I had to borrow money.
