99% of people still are masking out of the building although they can enjoy the fresh air.
At this moment Japanese government has never asked stay-at-home and mask outside.
The government is worried about heatstroke due to the hot summer, so the government recommend No masking outside.
However, people are keeping masking outside.
When do we have a normal life like before COVIT?
