自衛隊の皆さん、本当にありがとうございました。
地震の時には家の多くが崩壊し、燃えて大変でした。その中で自衛隊は本当に頑張ってくれました。食事の配給、遭難者の救助、瓦礫のかたづけ、数え上げれば、本当きりがないくらいです。私の家にも食事の配給をしてもらいました。
隊員の中には被災した方もおられるでしょうし、でも隊員だから、自分の家を後回しにして、現場に出向かれていました。
さらに、冬の寒い中、雪も降っていましたが、テントに寝泊まりされ、本当に頭の下がる思いです。
自衛隊の皆さん、本当にありがとう。

Many of the houses collapsed and burned during the earthquake, which was very difficult. The Self-Defence Forces really did their best in that situation, they distributed food, rescued people in distress, and cleaned up the debris, it is hard to pick up all their help. They also distributed meals at my house.
You know that some of the members of the team were affected by the disaster, but because they were members of the team, they left their own homes and went to the field to help.
Furthermore, it was cold and snowing in the winter, but they slept in tents.
I appreciated what they did very much.
