ハロウインには渋谷に来ないでって渋谷区が発表しているのです。
写真のように、確かに以上に人が集まります。そして路上でお酒を飲み、騒いでいるのです。当然、酔っ払い、喧嘩、トイレの問題が出てきます。
今日の夜からどうなるんでしょうね？
