昨日の記事で東急不動産系のホテルが外国人枠を5倍にすると、なかなか衝撃的な記事ですね。さらに従業員比率も5％から30％へ、それも外人対応としてアジアの人を多く採用するそうです。
経営者の判断としては正しいと思います。
でも、ホテル業界を目指す英語を喋れない若者にとっては大変な状況ですね。
AIが仕事を奪うとありますが、（将来奪うでしょうが）、その前に実力でアジアの人に仕事を奪われてしまうんですね。
