最近は高速道路をよく走ります。
でも、 乗り口、降り口でいつも疑問におもうのが、いつまでたってもETC以外の一般口があり、そこには人が必ずいるのです。
日本は万人にやさしいし、いろんな権利を認めるので、ETCカードを使わないで現金払いする人がいまだに少数派と思うがいるので、その人のために一般口がなくならないようですね。
その分、ETCでの通り口は減り、ETCに車が集中するので危なく感じます。
さらに、そこにいる人はずっと排気ガスの近くにいるので健康不安はないんでしょうかね？
シンガポールは猶予期間がありましたが、全数ETCの搭載が必要になっていました。ETCがない車は走れませんでした。ほかの国もほぼETCに近いものが全体搭載でした。

I have always wondered why there are entrances and exits without ETC. Many cars pass there without ETC.

And more I wonder if the people in the box at exit don’t have health concerns since they are near the exhaust fumes all the time?
Singapore had a grace period, but all cars were required to have ETC. Cars without ETC could not drive on the highway. Other countries had almost the same thing as ETC, which needed to be installed throughout.
