アメリカ大統領選がはじまり、すでに開票が始まりましたね。結果が出るには数日かかるみたいですね。

給与が38％アップするボーイングの話です。
びっくりすることはいっぱいありますが
１．ストライキで2か月生産中止
２．38％の給与アップ、4年かけて、年率１０％の給与アップを労働者が勝ち取る
でも一番驚いたのは
アップ後平均給与は11万ドルになるのです。今6万ドルくらいもらっているんですね。
円にしたら今が1000万円、4年後が2000万円。
400万円とかいう日本の給与とは大違いですね。
連合は年間５％の給与アップさせ、選挙も頑張ったと言っていますが、アップ率はアメリカの半分だと理解しているんでしょうかね。

There are a lot of surprises for me.

- 38% salary increase, in 4 years, workers win a 10% annual salary increase
But the most surprising is.
The average salary after the increase is $110,000. So you are getting about $60,000 now.
In yen, 10 million yen now and 20 million yen in 4 years.
This is very different from the Japanese salary of 4 million yen.
RENGO says that they increased salaries by 5% per year and worked hard in the election, but I wonder if they understand that the rate of increase is half that of the U.S.
