年始からほぼ毎日新聞をにぎわしている記事があるんです。
日鉄によるUS スチールの買収です。
2年前の12月に買収することが発表されて、そこから、アメリカの大統領まででてきて、買収は反対とのこと。
国の安全保障の問題が理由だそうです。
そのせいで株価も半分になり
もう一社買収するところがあるようですが
日鉄が55ドルで提案しているのが、他社は30ドルくらいらしいです。
どうなるんでしょうね？

It is the acquisition of US Steel by Nippon Steel.
The takeover was announced two years ago in December, and from there, even the US President came out and said he was against the takeover.
They say it’s because of national security issues.
It’s cut the share price in half during one year.
There’s another company that’s going to take over.
Nippon steel is proposing $55 for one stock of the company, and the other company is said to be paying around $30.
