As this is a website managed by the Japanese government, you can use it to prepare for immigration checks, customs declarations and duty-free purchases in advance of your arrival.
Customs declarations and the like can be rather complicated, but if you check this site beforehand, you can go through the immigration checks with peace of mind.

これは日本政府が管理しているWEBですので、確か入国審査の準備、税関申告、免税購入の準備などがここで入国前に事前にできます。
税関申告などはかなりややこしいですが、ここを見ておけば、安心して全巻審査を受けれます。
