2000年頃 宿題が無い、詰め込めないという自由なフィンランド教育が有名になりましたね。
でも、今は、このフィンランド教育がやばいそうです。
PISA（学習到達度調査）によると 2002年とかは3種の調査で
TOPが二つ、NO2が一つだったそうです。
でも毎年ランキングは落ちて、数学的応用力の去年の結果は20位だそうです。ほかの2種（読解力、科学的理解力）もかなり落ちているようです。
詰め込みがいいのか、自由がいいのか、
本当答えはどこにあるんでしょうね！
Around 2000, it was famous for free Finnish education, where there is no homework and no cramming.
But now, this Finnish education is in trouble.
According to PISA (Programme for International Assessment of Student Achievement), in 2002 or so, three different surveys showed, there were two TOPs and one NO2.
Every year the ranking is dropping, and last year’s result of mathematical application skills is 20th place. The other two (reading comprehension and scientific comprehension) also have fallen so badly.
Which Is it better to be crammed or free?
I wonder how we find which is better!
