こんな風に見たらその会社に行きたいですよね。
給与は少しでも高いほうがいいと思いますが、給与が一番ではないと思います。給与よりもっと大事なものを目指して会社を選ぶべきですよね。
これは人にもよるけど、人に貢献できる、という会社だと思います。

You would prefer a slightly higher salary, but I don’t think salary is the most important thing. When choosing a company, you should aim for something more important than a higher salary.
